Church MOTs

From time to time, or when circumstances change, it may help leaders to discuss their church’s calling from God, and the vision and mission he has given them. A critical friend at this point may be of great help, emphasising strengths, uncovering weaknesses, outlining opportunities and evaluating fears. The National Director is available to spend time with leaders in this way, or he may call on other experienced leaders who are closer geographically. By means of a series of evening discussions, day retreats or Sunday visits, help and advice can be given which gives new direction and energy. Contact the office for more details.
