Partnership Plus

Partnership PLUS has been operating since 1989 to help Partnership churches who wish to appoint staff. We believe that all Christians have gifts to use in church life, but that supported or salaried staff, such as a pastor or youth worker, social worker or evangelist, can be a great blessing from God, in developing and encouraging the contribution of all church members.

Men and women who feel that God is calling them to full-time ministry in a local church also need a way of finding posts. PLUS provides that link.
