N.able
N.able is an on-the-job training scheme run by Partnership, Counties and Tilsley College (GLO) to enable individuals to develop their gifts and skills, in preparation for future Christian service.
There are two possible stages:
Stage 1. (optional) For individuals who need structured biblical training, Tilsley College (GLO) offer a one year “Training for Service” residential course working for a Biblical Studies Certificate:
Stage 2. All N.able members spend one or two years either on the Partnership Church Placements Scheme or in the Counties Evangelists Training Programme, when they receive training and experience in a chosen area of work. (For anyone called to World Missions there is a parallel Tilsley College scheme.) During this time, they may attend Tilsley College for single modules or special focus units, or follow a course of supervised distance learning.
According to the Lord’s calling on their lives, after N.able they can then go on to full-time Christian work here or overseas, or return to their own church better equipped.
