Partnership strongly supports the regular International Brethren Conference of Mission (IBCM) and Partnership's personnel are involved in a number of ways in organising the conferences.

The purpose of the IBCM conferences is to bring together at four-yearly intervals the national leaders of churches connected with the Brethren movement across the world for spiritual reflection, fellowship and, we pray, renewed experience of the Lord. (There are thought to be local churches connected with the movement in well over 100 countries.)

The specific objectives of the conferences are:

• To enable leaders from across the world to discover one another
• To strengthen informal networking and fellowship
• To encourage younger leaders, particularly from emerging countries, to learn about each other's work, challenges and opportunities
• To share ideas and methods to help churches to be effective in their mission for Christ in the 21st century.
