International Ministry Increasingly, Partnership’s ministry has an international dimension, with warm relationships with groups in a wide variety of countries. The ultimate objective is communication and fellowship, to encourage local churches and individuals to relate to each other across, as well as within, national boundaries. This is not to the exclusion of warm relationships with other Christians, but recognises common background, ethos, and issues to be addressed. Partnership works closely with the International Planning Group responsible for the four-yearly International Brethren Conferences on Mission. At the IBCM3 conference in 2003, two international networks were established - the Brethren International Network and the Brethren Educational Network. We participate with others in arranging continental and global conferences from time to time, and encourage others to do the same.
Twinning of local churchesWe encourage local churches in different countries to make "twinning" arrangements for the exchange of news, personnel, finance etc. PublicationsPartnership publications are available to individuals, subscriber organisations and libraries at a cost of £25 per set per year. Overseas local churches are asked to pay £35 a year and receive two sets of publications. The publishing programme includes:
